Love this podcast!! The information is given in easy to follow format - episodes are just long enough you can catch one or two on a walk or ride to work or store etc. It is informative, uplifting and inspiring. If you want to dip your toe into counting macros or just improve your health and relationship to food give this a listen- you won’t be disappointed and you may even learn something about yourself!!

I couldn’t stop listening to Rachel’s podcasts filled with wisdom, valuable information and the honest truth! Every podcast has had a positive impact on me in some way. Her delivery is very matter of fact, easy listening with great analogies. I highly recommend!

Mindstrong Fitness podcasts are very informative and matter of fact talk regarding why restrictive diets don’t work and what DOES work - I wish I would have found this program years ago! Love Rachel’s humor and insight and information on a level anyone can understand and use in their journey to wellness!
