I love The Ben Greenfield Podcast. I owe some much to Ben for his awesome content. I decided I wanted to get back in shape about 4 years ago and was looking for a workout podcast and just happened upon his show. It opened my eyes to sooooo much more than just lifting weights and counting macros.
