Love the podcast notes

I usually listen to podcasts while moving and I usually have most of them on 1 1/2 speed, but not Ben Greenfield’s podcast.
I want to make sure I get every single information, even when I can’t apply every hack, I love to learn of all out there. But the best part of the podcast is the link to the notes, I think I have gone to every one of them, specially when he talks about his routine or the one with Joel Greene.
