    Things I'm Romanticizing Right Now

    After fully spiraling last week, I’m back with a reset episode on something that’s been helping me lately: romanticizing the small things. From solo time and coffee walks to beach sunsets (no man required), easy friendships, and even the random little joys, I’ve been leaning into anything that makes life feel a bit softer right now. I’m also trying to romanticize the unknown. I don’t know exactly where life is headed, but I’m choosing to see the possibility in that instead of fear.     How To Find Balance

    In this episode, I talk about the struggle of wanting everything, career, creativity, money, and freedom while also craving peace, rest, and time to actually enjoy life. I get into the reality of burnout (even doing things you love), the pressure to do it all, and the constant pull between focusing on one path or chasing multiple passions. I’m starting to realize balance isn’t about having everything perfectly together, it’s about giving the right energy to the right things, at the right time. Still figuring it out. Still want it all. Just trying not to lose myself in the process. Because at the end of the day… we’re all just casually spiraling.     How Anxiety Can Manifest

    This week I’m spiraling about anxiety, the buzzword we hear nonstop now, but didn’t really talk about growing up. From being the “perfect” student, to college syllabus days sending me into a full spiral, to overthinking every text and needing a buddy to walk into a room..anxiety has shown up in my life in more ways than I realized. We’re talking perfectionism, overthinking, social anxiety, chemical imbalances, and the freedom that comes from realizing: this isn’t a personality flaw. I don’t have a magic fix. I still spiral. But awareness? That’s been everything. Because anxiety grows in silence and shrinks when you say it out loud. Let’s spiral (casually).     Finding Confidence Around Body Image

    This week’s spiral is a vulnerable one. After a quick side quest about aging, caffeine, and realizing my body is… changing (rude), we get into the real topic: body image. I’m talking about growing up tall and feeling like I took up too much space. The years of constantly thinking about how I looked. The phases of feeling like I couldn’t be seen without being “put together.” The social media comparison trap. The confidence that comes in waves — one day feeling strong and grateful, the next spiraling over a single bad photo. We get into the impossible beauty standards, the “why is it never enough?” feeling, genetics, and doing whatever actually helps you show up confidently — whether that’s self-tan, makeup, or an oversized tee. This isn’t a “just love yourself” episode. It’s an honest one. About how exhausting body image can be — and how maybe we can start being a little kinder to ourselves in real time instead of only in hindsight.
