    What If It's Taking Longer Than I Thought & That Stuck Feeling

    My friends are getting engaged, moving in together, buying homes, getting promotions. And I'm still waiting for an agent and wondering when something is going to click. This week I'm getting honest about feeling stuck. The specific kind of stuck that comes when multiple areas of your life feel still at the same time and you look up and realize how much time has passed. I'm not where I thought I'd be.     Dating Around for my Therapist

    Finding a good therapist is just like dating. And we all know how exhausting dating is. This week I'm getting into my full therapy journey, the bad experiences, the awkward silences, the homework I didn't ask for, the insurance spiral, and where I am right now.     Things I Was Wrong About

    This week I'm getting into the things I used to believe that I've completely reversed on. Some of them are heavy, some of them are funny, all of them are real. We're talking about why love actually isn't enough on its own, what I got wrong about friendship and trying to make everyone like you, why I now fully drink caffeine after swearing I never would, how my relationship with fitness has completely changed, what I learned about staying in something too long, why I was wrong to write someone off for lack of instant attraction, and the money conversation nobody wants to have but everybody needs to. I was wrong about all of it.     Q&A: You Asked, I Spiraled pt.2

    We're back with another Q&A and since we've had some new listeners join the Casually Spiraling family lately, it felt like the perfect time. But first: a July 4th recap.     Everything's Changing: The Messy Transitions ft. Emily Gee

    Emily's back!! Long-time listeners will remember her as our very first guest ever on episode 8, and so much has changed since then. New career path. Off the market. Full pursuit of new goals and dreams. We're both deep in our own "in-between" eras right now, and this episode is the catch-up we both needed. We get real about the messy middle of a transitional period, the part nobody shows on the highlight reel, where everything is changing at once and your emotions are a full rollercoaster. We talk about staying connected to who you are when so much is shifting externally, the vulnerability of pursuing something new (hi, Emily's TikTok journey), and yes, she found an actual green flag man in LA, so we had to get into what that shift has been like.     Doing Everything and Still Feeling Behind

    You're doing the work. You're showing up. You're saying yes to the right things and trying to say no to the wrong ones. And somehow you still end your week feeling like you failed. This episode is about that feeling, the one nobody really talks about because from the outside everything looks fine. We're getting into the checklist that never gets shorter, the weeks that were supposed to be chill and weren't, and the guilt of actually living your life while also trying to build something big.
