Commune is a podcast where we explore the ideas and practices that bring us together and help us live healthy, purpose-filled lives. We believe personal and societal health are two sides of the same coin, and that cultivating personal wellness is the first step toward making the world well. We connect with experts, scientists, and storytellers around food, health, social impact, mindfulness and movement practices, personal growth, and environmental action. In addition to being a podcast, Commune is also an online course platform where thousands of participants take each course together, day-by-day, for free. We then provide social tools that empower participants to form local action groups and implement their new knowledge in their communities.

This episode hit home in so many ways. I cried the entire time. Loving - is exactly what you embody. And thank you for that! 💗

Beautiful

Commune, this is beautiful. To offer rich content through your website as well as your podcast with focus on community is what will lift us all up, together. We are in this together, so to keep showing up together is the medicine of our times. Thank you to Team Commune.

I loved it at first...

...but it's gone downhill in the past few months. They've changed the theme music (and overall theme tbh) to be FAR less uplifting, and now they're really more focued on getting you to use their "online course platform" rather than having it be a stand-alone podcast. Also, the Valentine's Day episode was so creepy that I deleted it halfway through. I really enjoyed the first 5-10 episodes, so if they ever go back to that format, perhaps I'll re-review it.
