Jenny genuinely knows what she’s talking about. She’s constantly researching and learning! These podcasts are super informative and not filled with the fluff. Totally easy to listen to on the way to the gym, while you’re working out, or coming home from work. You will learn a lot from these!

Such a great podcast all around but especially if you’ve been struggling to unlock the secret to looking the way you feel like you “should” look after so much work in the gym and so much focus on Nutrition. She’s so fun to listen to too!
