Transformative Journey with Megan

I began listening to Megan’s podcast about a year ago and found her approach interesting… so I gave her a call and wanted to work with her .. Now I’ve been working with Megan for four months, and the impact has been remarkable. her guidance has completely shifted my perspective on food. I’ve learned to control hunger cravings using everyday foods I enjoy, without resorting to fad diets. Megan’s emphasis on a balanced diet, rich in protein and fiber, has been a game-changer. Fixing my Relationship with ALL FOODS!

I love Megan, and I find her perspective regarding food, weight loss, and self-care SO REFRESHING! She truly has a fresh voice and a unique take on food, and it is anything BUT another diet or eating plan that is bound to fail. She truly teaches how to make peace with food and with our bodies! She gives the tools to build a new, healthy mindset. I have been listening to the podcast for a year or more, and have been doing weight loss coaching with her for about 8 months now, and I am blown away by what I’m learning and how my relationship with food is changing.
