The SHOCKING #1 Cause of Heart Attacks

The #1 cause of heart disease is not what you think! Find out about the biggest cause of heart disease and what you can do to turn things around. In this video, I’ll share some key tips to help reduce your risk of heart problems. 0:00 Introduction: What causes heart disease? 0:31 Insulin resistance and heart disease 1:04 Signs of insulin resistance 1:45 What causes insulin resistance? 3:57 The root cause of heart disease 4:13 How to lower your risk of cardiovascular disease Visceral fat around the heart covers your arteries and heart muscle. Inflammation from this fat goes directly into the heart before any other place in the body! Insulin is a major contributor to visceral fat accumulation around the heart. When insulin is high, your body stores fat, and you gain weight. When it’s low, you lose weight, especially visceral fat surrounding the heart. When you have insulin resistance, your insulin receptors no longer accept insulin. If you have insulin resistance, you may notice the following symptoms: •Waist circumference greater than 40 inches in men and 35 inches in women •Skin tags or darkened armpits or groin area •High triglycerides or low HDL •Difficulty losing weight •Difficulty going for long periods without a meal Insulin resistance can be caused by high-carb, high-sugar diets, stress, and chronic sleep problems. Seed oil consumption is one of the greatest contributors to insulin resistance. Industrial seed oils are highly processed with high heat and chemicals like hexane. Seed oils remain in your cells for over a year, which can damage the insulin receptor on the surface of the cells. The average person gets 25 to 30 percent of their calories from seed oils! Keto can help reverse insulin resistance, but you must do Healthy Keto® with higher-quality ingredients. Use healthy fats such as butter, tallow, and coconut oil, rather than seed oils. The biggest cause of heart disease is epicardial fat (fat deposits around the heart), which is caused by consuming sugar, starch, and seed oils—the main components of ultra-processed foods. To eliminate epicardial fat and reduce your risk of cardiovascular disease, there are a few things that you can do: •Eliminate seed oils and replace them with healthy oils •Follow a Healthy Keto diet •Do intermittent fasting and have two meals per day, without snacks •Cold therapy •Consume apple cider vinegar in a glass of water a few times per day •Consume berberine Dr. Eric Berg DC Bio: Dr. Berg, age 60, is a chiropractor who specializes in Healthy Ketosis & Intermittent Fasting. The BEST BLACKHEAD & Acne Remedy in the World (One-Time Fix)

Manual whitehead and blackhead removal comes with a package. If you want to get rid of acne and remove blackheads permanently without scarring your skin, this is for you! Clear pores instantly and get rid of blackheads fast by addressing the root cause of your skin concerns. Chapters: 0:00 Introduction: How to remove blackheads and get rid of acne 0:44 Whiteheads vs. blackheads 1:30 Acne causes 4:15 Ultra-processed foods and acne 4:55 How to get rid of acne with a healthy diet 5:40 The one-time acne fix Today, I’m going to tell you how to get rid of acne permanently! Acne creams and medications treat the symptoms but don’t address the root cause of the issue. Topical acne creams can address the issue temporarily. Products containing annatto extract, a special form of vitamin E, can control oil production, but the real problem is not excess oil production! Acne and blackheads are not caused by increased oil production. The real problem is the production of thicker, stickier oil. The following factors cause this thicker sebum production: 1. Hormones (androgens) 2. Too much insulin 3. Zinc deficiency 4. Vitamin A deficiency 5. Seed oil consumption Your sebum is mainly composed of unsaturated fat. When you consume seed oils, they eventually reemerge in your skin’s oil! Seed oils can also build up in the liver, inhibiting bile production, which interferes with the absorption of fat-soluble vitamins, including vitamin A. Ultra-processed foods are a major contributor to acne. They contain refined sugars and refined starches, which deplete your zinc. They destroy the liver, which inhibits your ability to use vitamin A. Sugar, starches, and seed oils also contribute to insulin resistance. For the best one-time acne fix that addresses the problem permanently, you must follow a diet that keeps androgens and insulin low, while offering plenty of zinc and vitamin A. Follow a low-carb diet, avoiding sugar and starch. It is vital to eliminate seed oils and reduce your consumption of other foods high in omega-6 fatty acids. This includes grain-fed meat, such as grain-fed chicken, and their eggs. For healthy skin, free of acne, consume grass-fed meats and wild-caught fish. Increase shellfish, which is high in zinc, and foods such as grass-fed butter, grass-fed beef liver, and cod liver oil for vitamin A. If You Sit All Day, THIS Is Falling Apart Inside You

Find out why I stretch every single day! In this video, we’ll discuss the amazing benefits of stretching, and I’ll show you some simple stretching exercises to add to your daily stretching routine. 0:00 Introduction: The benefits of stretching every day 0:17 Fascia explained 2:17 The biggest problem with muscle fascia 3:34 Stretching exercises for fascial release and flexibility 7:03 Stretching for flexibility Today, we’re going to talk about the benefits of stretching every day. A simple stretching workout can provide the following benefits: •Improved sleep •Decreased inflammation •Decreased pain •Counters past injuries •Calms the nervous system Many people think their muscles are tight when it’s really the fascia! Your fascia is like a wetsuit that surrounds the entire body. Helene Langevin of the National Institutes of Health discovered through acupuncture that when a needle is inserted into the skin, collagen fibers of the fascia begin winding around the needle! When you injure your fascia, you develop scar tissue, which can interfere with movement. Healthy fascia should be dynamic, movable, flexible, and even has electrical properties! Unhealthy or injured fascia develops a disorganized pattern of connective tissue. Stretching at home daily keeps your fascia healthy. Tight muscles and tissues that cause bad posture are one of the biggest problems you can have with your fascia. The more you can elongate your connective tissue, the better it will be for your fascia. A good daily stretching routine is one of the best ways to prevent stiffness associated with aging. Follow along and try this easy stretching routine for healthy fascia, flexibility, and improved posture! The Big Magnesium MISTAKE 50%+ People Are Making

You could be deficient in magnesium and not even know it! You can’t rely on blood tests to detect a magnesium deficiency. Learn to spot the signs of magnesium deficiency and avoid the most common magnesium mistakes so you don't end up deficient. Chapters: 0:00 Introduction: The most common magnesium deficiency mistake 0:25 Magnesium deficiency symptoms 0:42 The best magnesium sources 1:45 The best magnesium supplement 1:55 Magnesium benefits 3:15 How much magnesium should I take? 4:00 3 magnesium secrets You can have normal magnesium blood levels and still have a magnesium deficiency! This is because only 1% of magnesium is in your blood! The other 99% is inside your cells. Common magnesium deficiency symptoms include: •Muscle spasms •Muscle twitches •Anxiety •Poor sleep •Sugar cravings •Charley horses Almonds, spinach, and chocolate contain magnesium, but you would need to consume a lot to meet your requirements! Gut inflammation can decrease magnesium absorption by 60 to 70%. High-carb diets, alcohol, caffeine, and certain medications can deplete magnesium. Top-selling magnesium products often have poor absorption and can cause diarrhea. Take magnesium glycinate for the best absorption rate and to avoid the laxative effect. Magnesium is the master controller of calcium in the body, which is the primary communication signal between cells. Calcium often over-accumulates in the cells, which can lead to cellular damage. Magnesium is vital in regulating excess calcium in the body. It also helps prevent kidney stones. Calcium causes your muscles to contract, while magnesium causes them to relax. Tight muscles signify too much calcium and not enough magnesium. Magnesium also prevents heart attacks and problems with the heart’s rhythm. Correcting a magnesium deficiency takes time, and you need to make sure you’re taking enough. You may need 1000 to 1500 mg of magnesium daily to correct a deficiency. People with migraines, chronic pain, mood disorders, and diabetes may need more magnesium. Vitamin D won't work without magnesium. When you increase your magnesium intake, also increase your vitamin D. Vitamin B1 is also dependent on magnesium. Magnesium is vital in ATP production, so your magnesium intake directly affects your energy levels. This Vitamin MISTAKE is Super Unhealthy!

Claims that vitamin E can cause cancer and cardiovascular damage have left many people confused, to say the least. In this video, I’ll explain the difference between tocopherols and tocotrienols and why you may want to check the label on your vitamin E supplements. 0:00 Introduction: Vitamin E explained 0:29 Tocopherols vs. tocotrienols 1:06 The benefits of tocotrienols 3:52 The benefits of tocopherols In nature, vitamin E exists in a complex. If you’re taking a vitamin E supplement that contains a-tocopherol, this can act as a pro-oxidant rather than an antioxidant, as it is only a fragment of the vitamin E complex. There are 2 types of vitamin E: tocopherols and tocotrienols. Tocotrienols are far more powerful and have the following potential benefits: •Anti-cancer effects •Potent anti-inflammatory •Increases lifespan in animal studies •Neuroprotective •Similar effects to statins on oxidative LDL •Supports cardiovascular health •Beneficial for workout recovery •Beneficial for age-related cognitive decline •Reverses damage from radiation •Scar tissue protection •Slows progression of liver cirrhosis Tocopherols do support and protect the cell membranes, and there is more research being done on tocopherols. They are also easier to find in many foods, such as green vegetables, seeds, nuts, olives, and olive oil. Tocotrienols are more difficult to find in food and may be easier to take as a supplement. They’re found naturally in annatto and red palm oil. Dr. Eric Berg DC Bio: Dr. Berg, age 59, is a chiropractor who specializes in Healthy Ketosis & Intermittent Fasting.
