olpacoter ,

Summer’s podcast is SO important!!

I’m here as a counselor listening to these podcasts for myself, my daughter, and my clients. I LOVE her research-based, humanistic approach to how to work with yourself in the body you’re in! She is so well-spoken, informed on social issues including race and privilege, and she really understands the way the brain (and human behavior) works. I will be listening to as much as I can and share this with my clients who struggle with these issues!!

Virtue signaling drivel

Bonnie Roney is much better. This is virtue signaling and phony. Summer tries too hard to be woke.

Supportive and Informative-Must listen!

I have been recovering from an Eating Disorder for over 2 years. I love this podcast and have recommended it to several friends, and even my ED therapist! Summer helps me stay on the road to recovery, self-acceptance, and finding value in myself beyond my appearance. I get a little stronger every time I listen and feel like she helps me give diet culture the middle finger!
