I’m so glad I discovered this podcast last summer while training for my first half marathon. Sarah and Austin’s energy make it a great listen for long runs AND long commutes. So grateful for such high quality content they put out each week. Can’t wait to listen along during marathon prep this summer!
Drop Austin to be 5 Star
I, me, my, myself…insert flubbed cliché… Austin is incredibly self-absorbed. Once you hear it, you won’t be able to un-ring that bell. There’s good info in this podcast and has potential, but Sarah should break away solo. If Austin wants to continue a podcast talking about himself the whole time, everyone will be better off.
