After have a big disappointment (I let a manager mess my head and career) early in my career this podcast motivated me to go back on track. I spent few years out of engineering (doing sales), but I decided to do what I love and is be an Engineer. Last month I passed the Civil FE Exam and now looking forward to get my PE as soon as I can.
