Do what is right let the consequence follow
I was traveling and back in the Las Vegas valley over the past several days and had to do quite a bit of driving around town. As I passed by an older and very familiar successful franchise, it made me think of Lance and days long ago as he was a major part of the foundation for the concept. As I continued on down the road, it wasn’t but another 200 feet and I passed by another franchise that Lance assisted in building out. It was literally less than another 50 feet when I spotted a third concept that Lance had a major part in the early and successful foundation building for this extremely popular franchise.
I’ve had the privilege of knowing Lance for over 30 years. I personally know of at least seven hugely successful businesses that Lance has either started or played a major roll in building. As I continued reminiscing about Lance, the thought occurred to me of how many remarkable careers/jobs that Lance has helped create over the years. There are many good people that owe Lance a vote of thanks for his hard work, great example and integrity. In the world there truly are builders and unfortunately there are destroyers. Lance is absolutely a builder and has created hundreds of millions (if not billions) of dollars in revenue that has truly made the communities they operate in a much better places for everyone.
Thank you Lance for all that you have done for me personally, and for the great example of hard work and integrity you have always shown. The world is a much better place with you with it.
