    Serving: A Reunion on Growth

Season 2 opens where it all began. Savion is reunited with Season 1, Episode 1 guest Marlena for a full-circle conversation on growth. What’s happened since February 2024? What have we shed? What have we survived? Who are we now? This episode is an honest reflection on evolution — personally, professionally, emotionally. The wins. The heartbreak. The quiet internal shifts that no one claps for. A conversation about becoming without rushing the process. If discipline was the seed, growth is the unfolding. If you’re in a season of becoming, you’re in the right place. Pour up something warm, take a breath, and let’s feed URSoul. #FeedURSoul #StillBecoming #PersonalGrowth #BlackVoices #HealingInPublic #PodcastConversation Guest Bio Marlena Arielle is evolving out loud and building in real time. An esthetician in training and the voice behind Life of Marlena Arielle, she documents growth with honesty, humor, and intention. Committed to becoming her highest self, Marlena is stepping boldly into purpose — proving that the glow-up isn’t accidental, it’s aligned. And this is only the beginning. 01:15  - Appetizer 10:14 - Main Course 37:10 - Dessert 51:05 - The Final Sip ~ What’s changed in you since early 2024? ~ What version of you had to die for this one to exist? ~ Where are you growing quietly? ~ What does growth cost?
