Why are there two people?

Elaine is clearly very smart, does her homework, and very well-educated about the topics she addresses. I could listen to her all day. Why is Kay on this podcast? She seems like a fun person but adds little to no value to this show. Her commentary is silly and distracting from the message and she has no credentials to give credence to her opinions. May might be better off on her own.

Fun and Very Informative

I love these podcasts by Renegade Nutrition! Elanie is so well spoken and adds a dash or two of humor and Kay asks such great questions from a layman’s standpoint. For years, I’ve given myself to healthy eating as well as following the advice of a naturopathic doctor who’s saved my life many times, but I’m still learning something new each and every episode! I recommend these to everyone, even if you think you know a lot about health and nutrition!
