Amazing show!

First, I have to say that the topic is a genius idea because understanding the full scope of what any kind of trauma can cost us immediately and down the road can help us in preventing many unfortunate realms. In addition, Micah, the host, who is already a very recognized voice in the world of podcasts, is someone who really understands the issue and is very credible to speak about it. I also love the choice of guests and the organic dynamics of each conversation we hear to which Crystal, cohost, also wonderfully contributes. This authentic and raw podcast voice is a gem in the ocean of podcasts. If you cannot tune to too many podcasts, make sure you tune to this one! Highly recommended!
