Goodbye Crop Top is a place where women can come to understand how beautiful it is just to be... to be your age but do it with gumption, and strength, and to look damn good in the process.
From the fashion world to the television screen, Stacy London empowers women to find their style, personal power, and self-acceptance. Today, she shares with us her insights on moving past traumatic experiences, empowering younger generations, and making space for women within ALL conversations and matters.
On today’s episode, Lauren Roxburgh “The Body Whisperer” shares her journey to true well-being. From establishing the Aligned Life Studio, to writing her second book The Power Source, Lauren walks us through developing the mind/body connection to live an empowered and positive life - move, nourish, cleanse, connect.

Haters gonna hate.
If you haven’t listened, do yourself a favor!
The brilliant reversal on aging is inspiring and oh so healthy.
Wendy is pouring her heart and soul into this and that takes guts!
If folks need to judge and be mean, they’re right, this podcast isn’t for them.
If you’re into having fun and learning how to age with no reservations, then this IS for you...enjoy! 💪🏼💚
I’m a fan of her Instagram account but I’ve heard her on a podcast before and she’s a real bragger. If she stays focused and we don’t have to hear how smart her daughter is or how she changed the world with her former career, it might be good.
But this first episode was her guest going on and on. Wendy didn’t control the conversation or her guest. I guess this is why anyone can start a podcast.
We’ve needed this!
I have followed Wendy’s blog and Instagram for quite a while now and have told the women and men actually, in my life about her. In her, I believe women can truly... with whole hearts... walk into each stage of life with confidence. I believe if men will listen it will help them understand us better.
Beautifully done... excited for what’s to come!
