HeleneKusman ,

Mind shifting concept and podcast!

The concept of a food story has shifted the way I think about food and even how I hope to help my kids think about food. I love the rich conversations that happen on this show and exploring the connection of our life, experiences and events to how we perceive food rather than as one isolated component of our lives. Elise is a fantastic interviewer and I’m so glad to have discovered her and her podcast!
