Exactly what I needed to hear

I love Jessi’s podcast. I didn’t know how to change my relationship with food and since listening to this podcast I’ve learned tips and tricks for helping me get to a better place with food. I would recommend this podcast to anyone who struggles with food disorders as Jessi really understands what you’re going through and offers compassionate advice.

Where the Spirit of the Lord is there is FREEDOM

I found Jessi one year ago, after I was miraculously freed from an addiction to food in a single moment. Never again did I have the urge to binge. Yet today I am still walking through the process of healing: renewing my mind, casting away guilt and shame and lies, believing the truth.. When I found Jessi, it was like the gospel washed over me. The insight and wisdom she has around binge eating, guilt, shame, intuition, and more goes hand in hand with our freedom in Christ. Thank you so much Jessi, for being wildly bold and great and for picking others up so that we can be our wild and great selves too.

Authentic and relatable

Jessi delivers a powerful, loving, authentic message that’s relatable and authentic. Disordered eating is a complicated and layered struggle, especially in our diet- and perfection-obsessed culture. Jessi gets it and is a gift to our community. I’ve been in recovery for over 20 years and only wish that I could have known her when I first got started but I still love the message she shares. Jessi, you are a gift. Thank you!
