This is one of the best podcasts about the subject of binge eating or any kind of eating problems some of us struggle with daily. She speaks from the heart with love, knowledge, and understanding and has a true passion for what she does and wants all to feel the way she feels now that she has broken through this hell. A subject like this and helpful tools from someone who has been through the same things is so helpful
