Great Podcast!

This is a great podcast if you're interested in general health and if you want to boost your energy levels. There's something new and interesting to learn in every episode, and the dynamic exchange between hosts Jay and Mike adds an extra layer of enjoyment, enriching the conversations with their chemistry and expertise.

It all makes sense!

I've been heavily into health and wellness since the pandemic started, and I've listened to over a hundred different podcasts. Few, if any, make as much sense as Jay and Mike, and I'm so glad I discovered them.

Deep, nuanced, intelligent, holistic, and balanced!

Can’t recommend this enough. I’m a Holistic Medical Practitioner and Licensed Acupuncturist for 10 years. These guys are flipping my world as I come from the low carb sphere, and have been recommending low carb to patients for years. Got to a point in the long run where low carb declined my own health especially after doing carnivore.

I love how everything they discuss aligns with how I practice medicine holistically as far as referring to physiology, pathophysiology, and viewpoints of holistic health.

For me they are filling in many different gaps and helping to reframe areas of nutrition and functional health into a more balanced approach. Super grateful for this podcast. These guys are really giving amazing insight and guidance. Worth diving into!
