Amy Wienands

Have you ever felt stagnant or unfulfilled in your professional life, despite achieving what others would consider "success"? Do you find yourself wondering if there's more to life than the daily grind? Are you looking for guidance and inspiration that speaks directly to your quest for a more purpose-driven and faith-filled life? Hi, I’m Amy Wienands: wife, mom of twins, and the CEO of Amy Wienands Real Estate. I strive to bring you inspiration, revelation and encouragement to walk in the life you were called to walk into because…You Are More. In this weekly podcast, we will explore themes of mindset transformation, finding your true purpose, and integrating faith into everyday life, bringing you expert interviews, inspiring stories, and practical tips.  When I was 49 I had a moment. Here I was a professional success in the high-stakes world of real estate. I had navigated the ups and downs of building a thriving business. I had killed it and yet, I remember feeling… Empty. Frustrated. Stuck on the treadmill of life. I remember thinking, what if I climbed and climbed this ladder only to find it's leaning against the wrong wall? I felt a deep sense of calling to make a positive impact in the world but was unsure of where to start.  I have seen the faithfulness of God in every season. Through my own experience of feeling unfulfilled and called to a bigger purpose, I discovered the transformative power of mindset, purpose, and faith. This revelation changed my approach to life and success, leading me to start this podcast. Now, I want to share the insights, stories, and guidance I've gathered with you. If you're looking to build a life that not only succeeds on the surface but is also rich with purpose and guided by faith, You Are More is where you'll find it. Whether you're a professional seeking more than just success, a dreamer chasing a deeper meaning, or anyone in between, this podcast is here to guide you towards building a life that truly wins.

3 Things You Need to Stop Doing to Reach Your Goals This Year

You still have time. If you're looking at the goals you set for this year and thinking, “I really thought I'd be further along by now,” don't write the year off yet. In this solo episode of The You Are More Podcast, Amy Wienands shares three things you need to stop doing if you want to reach your goals before the end of the year. The first? Stop waiting until you feel ready. Some of the most meaningful things you'll ever do will require you to move before you feel completely prepared. Confidence doesn't always come before action. More often, confidence comes because you took action. You learn by moving. You grow by becoming a beginner. You figure it out along the way. Second, stop negotiating with yourself. Amy explains how we make decisions in strong moments and then renegotiate those decisions when we're tired, uncomfortable, distracted, or tempted by something easier. But every time you keep a promise to yourself, you're building something much bigger than the result—you're building trust with yourself. And third, stop measuring your progress by how far you still have to go. Big goals can make you feel like you're failing when you're actually making incredible progress. Instead, focus on micro commitments. Create measurable daily wins. Let days compound. And don't forget to look at what you've survived, what you've learned, what you've stopped tolerating, and who you're becoming along the way. Amy also talks about why resistance isn't necessarily a sign that you're on the wrong path. Resistance builds muscle. Delay can build perseverance. Growth creates tension because you're becoming someone capable of carrying what comes next. And if this year hasn't gone according to plan, remember: You don't need January 1. You don't need a new planner. You don't need another vision board. You need a decision. Instead of asking, “Can I still accomplish my goals this year?” ask yourself: “Who would I have to become over the next four months to accomplish them?” Then become that person. 🎧 Subscribe to The You Are More Podcast for weekly conversations about faith, purpose, mindset, growth, leadership, and becoming everything God created you to be. ✨ Join Amy every Thursday morning at 6:00 AM Central for the 30-minute 6:00 AM Bible Study Club. Fourth Quarter Energy: How to Finish the Year Strong

Are you going through the motions—or are you bringing fourth quarter energy to your life? In this episode of The You Are More Podcast, Amy challenges you to stop sitting on the sidelines, stop waiting until you feel ready, and make this next season count. Maybe you're not as far along as you thought you'd be. Maybe this year hasn't gone according to plan. Maybe fear, disappointment, procrastination, or broken commitments have taken some of your momentum. You're not finished. Fourth quarter energy means deciding that regardless of where you are today, you're going to bring your focus, attention, discipline, and effort to what happens next.  Amy shares why you sometimes have to do it scared, why avoiding difficult things can weaken your confidence, and how keeping even small commitments to yourself begins creating a history of trust and confidence.  She also talks about the importance of becoming your own best cheerleader. Stop waiting for somebody else to remind you that you're capable. Speak life over yourself. Remind yourself that you're favored, blessed, equipped, and carrying the wisdom of God into whatever room you're walking into.  And be careful who you share your dreams with. You don't need everyone to understand what God has placed in your heart. You need a sacred few faith friends who can believe with you, pray with you, and remind you who you are when disappointment comes.  Amy's challenge for you is simple: Do one hard thing today. Make the call. Set the appointment. Have the conversation. Take the walk. Start the project. Take one tiny action toward the thing you know you're supposed to do. Then do it again tomorrow. Because when you repeatedly do the hard thing, the hard thing becomes easier—and you build a history of confidence that reminds you that you're well able.  Get in the game. Go all in. Make this next season count. Your best days are ahead of you. 🎧 Subscribe to The You Are More Podcast for more conversations about faith, purpose, mindset, leadership, and becoming everything God created you to be. Stop Forcing It: How to Let God Lead Your Life & Business with Stefanie Gass

What happens when you've built the success you thought you wanted—but God starts asking you to build something completely different? In this episode of The You Are More Podcast, Amy sits down with entrepreneur, business coach, and God-Led Business host Stefanie Gass for a powerful conversation about success, surrender, faith, burnout, business, and learning to follow God's direction when His plan looks nothing like yours. Stefanie shares how she reached the top 1% of a network marketing company while privately struggling with anxiety, drinking, and putting her family second. When the business she'd built began disappearing, she found herself crying out to God and asking what came next. Then, in 2018, Stefanie had a dream with a simple message: “Start a podcast.” She barely knew anything about podcasting—but she obeyed. At the same time, she stepped away from social media, despite it being one of her only sources of clients. One year later, her business had returned to six figures exclusively through her podcast. Today, she's approaching 1,000 episodes and leads a multi-seven-figure company. Amy and Stefanie talk about how to stop striving and start surrendering, finding clarity when you don't know what's next, separating your identity from achievement, moving through fear, resisting shiny-object syndrome, staying in your lane, building a business around what people actually need, and trusting God enough to take the next step without knowing the entire plan. Stefanie also shares why she believes long-form content is so powerful, how she approaches podcasting and YouTube, and why entrepreneurs shouldn't automatically chase every new platform or strategy. Sometimes you don't need the entire plan. You just need the next step. Stop forcing the outcome. Stop looking sideways. Get quiet, listen, and allow God to lead. 🎧 Subscribe to The You Are More Podcast for more conversations about faith, purpose, mindset, leadership, and becoming who you were created to be. How to Stop Overthinking: 3 Steps to Take Back Control of Your Mind

Are you constantly overthinking conversations, decisions, relationships, or everything that could go wrong? In this episode of The You Are More Podcast, Amy shares a simple three-step framework for breaking the cycle of overthinking and taking back control of your thoughts: Catch it. Challenge it. Change it. Just because a thought enters your mind doesn't mean it's true. But when you continually rehearse fear, anxiety, rejection, or worst-case scenarios, those thoughts can begin shaping your emotions, decisions, and ultimately your future. Amy walks you through how to identify the thoughts keeping you stuck, challenge the assumptions behind them, and replace them with God's truth. She also explains why changing your thinking isn't enough—you have to move. Sometimes one phone call, one conversation, or one small action step is enough to break the cycle and create new clarity. In this episode, you'll learn how to recognize negative thought patterns, challenge fear and worst-case thinking, replace anxious thoughts with Biblical truth, stop allowing feelings to dictate your future, speak God's Word over your circumstances, and use action to break out of overthinking. Remember this: Don't let a thought that isn't true determine a future that hasn't happened yet. Catch it. Challenge it. Change it. Move. Movement creates momentum. How to Build the Life You Actually Want

What do you actually want your life to look like—and are your daily choices taking you there? In this episode of You Are More, Amy shares why clarity is one of the most powerful tools for creating the life you're called to live. Instead of allowing weeks, months, and years to pass while reacting to whatever life puts in front of you, it's time to get intentional about where you're going. Amy walks through how to start with the end in mind, write a clear vision, turn big dreams into measurable goals, and break those goals into small daily commitments you can actually keep. Because your daily habits determine your future. In this episode, you'll learn how to get clear about what you really want, stop living reactively, create measurable goals, use small daily habits to build confidence, train your mind to recognize opportunities aligned with your vision, and stack consistent wins that move you toward your future. You don't need to transform your entire life today. You need to know where you're going—and take the next small step toward it. Write the vision. Make it plain. Stack the wins. Stepping Out in Fear: Trusting God Beyond Your Comfort Zone with David Knapp

What happens when God calls you to leave a comfortable life before showing you exactly where He is leading? In this episode of You Are More, I sit down with David Knapp, creator and host of On the Pen, for an honest conversation about fear, faith, purpose, and trusting God with an uncertain outcome. David’s journey began after he was diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes and started taking Mounjaro. Wanting to understand the medication, he immersed himself in scientific literature, FDA documents, and emerging research about GLP-1 medications. When he realized few people were translating that complicated information into language patients could understand, he began sharing what he was learning. At the time, David was selling traffic signals and creating videos wherever he could—including inside his Ford Flex. Today, On the Pen is a top-rated podcast, and David has become one of the country’s leading independent voices and patient advocates in the GLP-1 space. But this conversation is about so much more than David’s professional success. We talk about the limiting belief that nearly kept him in a comfortable career, the moment he knew it was time to take a leap of faith, and how God used every part of his previous season to prepare him for what came next. David also shares what happened when he unexpectedly needed approximately $40,000 to close on a new studio—just as his largest podcast sponsor backed out. His wife and four children gathered around him to pray, and within 24 hours, every dollar they needed had been provided. This is a powerful reminder that experiencing fear does not mean we lack faith. Fear is an emotion, but cowardice is allowing fear to keep us from doing what God has asked us to do. Your fear may come with you, but it does not get to lead you. If you feel God calling you out of your comfort zone, this conversation will encourage you to remember His past faithfulness, pray bigger, take the next step, and trust Him with the outcome. In this episode, we discuss: • David’s journey from Type 2 diabetes to GLP-1 advocacy • How On the Pen became a trusted podcast and platform • Leaving a comfortable career to follow God’s calling • The difference between fear and cowardice • Why resistance is not always a sign to stop • Trusting God through financial and business uncertainty • The family prayer that preceded a $40,000 breakthrough • Teaching the next generation to pray big • Remembering God’s faithfulness when facing a new giant • Believing that God is truly who He says He is • Using influence and opportunity for Kingdom impact Connect With Us: Website: https://www.youaremore.com Join The 6AM Club Bible Study! Train Your Mind to Win: Don't Let Your Circumstances Define You

Have you ever trained for something important? Whether it's running a marathon, preparing for a race, or learning a new skill, we all understand that success requires preparation. No one expects to show up on race day without training and perform at their best. But what if the area we neglect to train the most is the one that determines the direction of our entire life—our mind? In this episode of You Are More, I share why one of the greatest disciplines you can develop isn't physical—it's mental. If you don't intentionally train your mind, your circumstances will do it for you. Life will constantly hand you fear, disappointment, comparison, lack, and setbacks. The question is: will you allow those experiences to shape your identity, or will you choose to renew your mind with God's truth instead? Everything rises and falls on identity. The way you see yourself determines the way you interpret your circumstances. If you see yourself through the lens of fear, comparison, or victimhood, every challenge will reinforce those beliefs. But when you know whose you are—a child of God—you begin responding differently. Instead of seeing obstacles, you begin seeing opportunities. Instead of believing you're defeated, you remember that God is working all things together for your good. I also share practical ways I train my own mind every morning. It starts with gratitude, speaking God's promises over my life, and intentionally reminding myself of who I am before the world has a chance to tell me otherwise. Those daily habits don't just change your thoughts—they change the direction of your life. What you continually think about, you reinforce, and what you reinforce eventually becomes the lens through which you see everything. If you've been feeling discouraged, overwhelmed, or stuck in negative thinking, this episode is your reminder that you don't have to let your circumstances write your story. You can choose a different lens. You can train your mind for victory. Every day is an opportunity to renew your thinking, strengthen your faith, and step into the purpose God created you for.
