I meditated everyday for 1500 days: my 10 biggest lessons

For the last five years, I’ve meditated almost every single day. Although highly requested... I was so intimidated to make this video. It is incredibly hard to put five years of deep, soul-shifting lessons into words without sounding cliché. But so many of you have been asking about my practice, so I wanted to finally sit down and try to extract my biggest lessons. Grab a cup of tea, get comfy, and let’s chat. This is a longer one!! I’m sharing how this daily practice completely saved my mental health, my biggest struggles, and the 10 lessons that changed how I view the world. Whether you’re a total beginner looking for simple mindfulness tips, or you’ve been on a self-improvement journey for years, I hope this helps you let go of the pressure, stop watching the clock, and just reconnect with who you really are. I hope you enjoy!! What I'd Beg Every Woman in Her 20s to Know About Morning Routines

Morning routines are still one of the most talked about topics on the internet. And somehow, so many of us are still waking up feeling behind before the day has even started. In this episode, I am sharing everything I wish someone had told myself earlier about building a routine that's *actually* tailored to yourself. We are getting into why copying what you see on social media is quietly working against you, how your routines can start regulating your nervous system instead of adding to your stress, the two morning rituals I keep returning to no matter what season I am in, and why flexibility might actually be what makes a routine hold long term. We are also going into evening rituals, seasonal workouts, and the one values-based question that ties all of it together. This one is for you if you have tried to build a routine a hundred times and it never sticks. If you scroll through "that girl" content and feel more behind than inspired. If you are ready to stop performing your mornings and actually feel them. The Art of Unlearning: How to Rewire Your Beliefs and Unlock Your Inner Power

Unlearning is the work nobody warns you about. You can read every self-help book, do all the right things, and still feel stuck, because sometimes the problem is not what you have not yet learned. It is what you need to let go of first. In this episode, I am walking you through the art of unlearning, what it actually means, why it is one of the most powerful things you can do for your personal growth, and the real practical steps I have used to start rewiring the limiting beliefs that were quietly running my life. We are getting into the role of neuroplasticity, how tools like meditation, affirmations, and journaling can genuinely shift your inner world, and the personal stories that made me realize I had to unlearn before I could truly grow. This is the episode I needed years ago. This one is for you if you have done the inner work and still feel like something is holding you back, if you know something needs to change but cannot quite name what it is, or if you are ready to stop letting old beliefs make decisions for you. 5 Ways to Be Soft *AND* Ambitious Without Burning Out

Being soft and being ambitious are not opposites. In this episode, I am breaking down 5 real ways to stop treating hustle and rest like they are at war with each other. This is not a formula. This is the version of balance that actually fits your life. This one is for you if you are in your twenties, refuse to give up on your ambitions, and are completely done arriving at the finish line running on empty.
