Your Friend in the Head

Henny Moody

Your Friend in the Head is the daily reset for women who are tired of being stuck in their own thoughts and ready to finally create the life they keep saying they want. It is not another motivational chat that fades by tomorrow. It is the consistent reminder that you are capable of more, that you can hold yourself to higher standards, and that you are built for transformation. I am Henny Moody, founder of Feel Good Naked. I have guided thousands of women to transform their bodies, their minds, and their lives. I started in the fitness industry and became the head of a seven-figure brand, but I walked away because I knew the truth. Women do not need another plan, another diet, or another quick fix. They need a complete rewiring of how they think, how they act, and how they see themselves. That is the work I do, and it is why this podcast exists. I have seen women break free from years of yo-yo dieting, crippling self-sabotage, and the belief that they are not enough. I have watched them build discipline, confidence, and a body they are proud of, but more importantly a life they finally own. Transformation is not about motivation. It is about identity. When you change who you are at the deepest level, your habits, your standards, and your results follow. This podcast is your space for that change. Every episode is straight truth, raw honesty, and the voice that reminds you to stop shrinking yourself and start stepping into the woman you are meant to be. Think of me as the friend in your head who refuses to let you settle. The one who calls you out when you need it, reminds you of your power when you forget it, and pushes you to become unrecognisable in the best way possible. Hosted on Acast. It's Breakup Season...

It must be breakup season... Because the DMs have been flooding in. The check-ins have been heavy. And I know that right now there are women listening to this who are sitting in an apartment that feels too quiet, wondering how something that was their whole world can just... stop. I have been that woman. And I want to talk to her today. Not with the generic get back out there energy. Not with the toxic positivity that makes you feel worse. But with the real honest conversation about what it actually feels like to lose yourself in someone - and what it takes to find yourself again on the other side. Because here is what nobody tells you about a breakup. The loneliness is not the worst part. The worst part is looking in the mirror and not recognising the person looking back at you. The worst part is realising you gave so much of yourself away that you do not know who you are without them. That is where this episode starts. And where it ends is somewhere completely different. In this episode I am sharing my own breakup story - the parts I have never said out loud - and everything I did to go from completely hollow to the most alive and obsessed with myself I have ever been... This is the conversation younger me desperately needed. And I think it might be exactly what you need today. 🔑 Take the FREE CLARITY QUIZ 👉🏼 https://fgn-ready-or-reset.scoreapp.com/questions Instagram: @henny_moody Email: henny@lookgoodnaked.com.au Hosted on Acast.
