Ranked Top 2% Globally Do you wish that you could lead your team in a way that honours and glorifies God? Are you struggling to overcome self-doubt as a leader and have a desire to be more confident in your role? Do you want the courage to deal with difficult people but don’t want to upset anyone? Well, you’re in the right place! On this podcast, I’ll teach you how to lead like Jesus, even if you’re not allowed to speak of your faith in your workplace. You’ll learn to become bold and confident as a leader, to speak up and say what God wants you to say and to finally know that you are worthy to be in your current role. Because God chose you, not because you are already a perfect leader, but because HE wants to mold you and use you to be an instrument in the kingdom of God. Hey, I’m Rika, and for the past 10 years, I’ve been in middle-management leadership roles, where I have led various teams, from big to small, and experienced my fair share of working with difficult people, having tough conversations, hiring and firing people and managing team dynamics. I thought that I could rely on worldly knowledge of leadership to get me through. I attended various leadership courses and listened to many leadership podcasts, but I was still struggling as a leader. I was feeling frustrated and to be honest, I was not enjoying my leadership role and felt like quitting more often than I probably should have! I finally realised that if I wanted to be the leader that I truly desired to be (which was a leader who wasn’t shy to speak up, a leader who honoured God with her actions and a leader who could build a cohesive team without the drama), I needed to partner with God and find a Christian leadership mentor to guide me and keep me accountable. I committed my leadership journey to God and partnered with HIM. I started working with a mentor and stepped out in faith as I did hard things every single day. And I can’t wait to share what I’ve learned with you! If you’re ready to lead your team in a way that honours God, I’m excited to be your mentor! 139 | [Guest] Reclaiming Confidence & Calling in Midlife: Wisdom from Cindee Williams

In today’s episode, I’m joined by Cindee Williams — a Maxwell Leadership Certified Speaker, DISC Behavioral Consultant, entrepreneur of 30 years, and founder of LEAD My Life. Cindee brings the kind of wisdom that only comes from decades of leadership, motherhood, entrepreneurship, and personal growth. In this conversation, we talk about what leadership looks like in different seasons of life — especially the transition into midlife and the empty-nest years — and why your leadership doesn’t diminish with age… it deepens. We explore: how your identity shifts as your life roles change why confidence in midlife looks different (and stronger) leadership lessons from parenting neurodiverse children embracing your God-given strengths instead of competing with others the role of communication, mentorship, and connection navigating female leadership dynamics with maturity and grace Whether you’re in a season of transition or simply growing into a more grounded, confident version of yourself, this episode will encourage you and remind you: you don’t age out of leadership — you grow into it. 137 | [Series] Leadership Struggles Women Don’t Talk About Part 5 - Managing conflict

Have you ever felt physically sick before a difficult conversation? Or spent days rehearsing what to say, only to walk away wishing you’d said it differently? You’re not alone — and you’re not weak for feeling that way. In Part 5 of our series “Leadership Struggles Women Don’t Talk About,” we’re talking about a topic many female Christian leaders quietly wrestle with: 👉 Managing conflict. Not the professional steps. Not the scripts. Not the “leadership textbook answer.” But the emotional weight of it. Why it feels intimidating. Why women shy away from it. And why avoiding conflict actually makes leadership heavier — not easier. Inside this episode, you’ll hear: ✅ Why Christian women feel pressure to “keep the peace” ✅ How avoidance creates more damage than the conflict itself ✅ Why conflict doesn’t make you harsh — it makes you a leader ✅ A personal story from Rika about what she learned the hard way ✅ A powerful mindset shift that will change the way you view conflict forever If you’ve ever feared being misunderstood, disliked, or labeled “difficult” for speaking up… this episode will give you the aha moment you didn’t know you needed. Mentioned in This Episode 💛 The Imposter Syndrome Blueprint If conflict triggers overthinking, self-doubt, or fear of sounding “too much,” this faith-filled private podcast + workbook will help you lead with calm, steady, Christ-anchored confidence. 👉 womenoffaithinleadership.com/blueprint Reflection Questions Take a few minutes this week to journal or pray through these: 1️⃣ What conflict have you been avoiding — and why? 2️⃣ What fear is underneath it? (Rejection, being disliked, not knowing what to say, damaging relationships, looking unqualified?) 3️⃣ What would change in your leadership if you walked into conflict with confidence instead of dread? Whether you’re facing a difficult employee, tension on your team, or a hard truth that needs to be addressed, remember: You’re not failing because conflict feels hard. You’re growing into the leader God called you to be. Tune in now, and be encouraged. 🎧 Listen to the full episode wherever you get your podcasts. 136 | [Series] Leadership Struggles Women Don’t Talk About Part 4 - Gossip & toxic cultures

Gossip, tension, and toxic environments can quietly destroy the trust and peace in any workplace — and as a leader, you often feel caught in the middle. In this episode, I share practical and biblical strategies to help female Christian leaders lead with grace, integrity, and confidence — even when the workplace feels heavy. You’ll discover how to guard your heart, set the tone for a healthy culture, and replace gossip with open, respectful communication that reflects Christ. Key Takeaways Gossip and negativity are symptoms of a deeper leadership challenge — one that requires spiritual and emotional maturity. True leadership isn’t about controlling every voice — it’s about managing your own heart and response. A healthy culture starts with one courageous leader who’s willing to model honesty, humility, and compassion. When people feel seen and valued, gossip loses its grip. Reflection Questions Where in your workplace have you allowed gossip or negativity to linger instead of addressing it? How can you lead by example and shift the tone toward respect this week? What would it look like to trust God to defend your reputation — instead of trying to manage it yourself? Take these to prayer or journaling time this week and ask the Holy Spirit to show you where He’s calling you to lead with truth and love. Take the Next Step If this episode spoke to you — especially around self-doubt, fear, or feeling drained by negativity — it’s time to break free from those inner struggles with the Imposter Syndrome Blueprint. This short, Scripture-rooted private podcast and workbook will help you: ✅ Silence self-doubt and overthinking ✅ Lead with Christ-centered confidence ✅ Stay calm and anchored even in hard environments 👉 Grab your copy today at womenoffaithinleadership.com/blueprint Have a listener question?
