    61. Emotional Weight Loss: The Weight You're Carrying

    I've had so many women tornado into my DMs this week asking for a supplement stack, a macro plan, peptides. And I get it. That's literally what I do. We will get there.   But this week I'm in Bali, I got a $50 massage from a man with no thumbs, came home, and ugly cried harder than I have in years. And it cracked open the thing I've been trying to explain to clients for two years in a way I finally know how to say out loud.   Here's the thing nobody tells you when you're doing everything right and still not losing the weight: it's probably not your macros. It's probably not your supplements. It might not even be your labs.   It might be the decade of unfelt feelings sitting in your tissues, expressing itself as inflammation, hormonal chaos, weight loss resistance, and 3am wake-ups that no amount of magnesium glycinate is fixing.   I know. I was the girl who bragged about not crying. Thought being stone cold was a personality trait. Turns out it was just why my cheeks looked like a chipmunk's, my hair was falling out, and I looked absolutely wrecked in every photo from that era despite working out constantly. Cool. Totally unrelated.
