Health Coaches: Your Offer Is Why They Don't Buy

Too many offers is why health coaches lose the sale before it starts. A potential client is already tired, and a long menu makes the decision heavier. Wellness coaches, this is how to get more clients by making the offer obvious: one offer or two tiers, sentences a third-grader could follow, and one call to action in the same words every time. ✨ WHAT YOU'LL DISCOVER - Why a 30-entrée menu stalls the order, and why the same thing happens on a sales page, a website, or a sales call - The limit that protects the sale: one offer, or two tiers at most, because more than two exhausts the buyer's ability to decide - What a clear workshop close includes: the result, how long it takes, what they get, the price, and a reason to buy now - Heavy vs light sentences: "transform your relationship with food" and "balance your hormones naturally" vs a result they can picture - One button, same words: book a call or buy now, never both, and why "Start your 7-day free trial" beats three different labels ⏱️ CHAPTERS 00:00 Too Many Offers, Too Few Clients 00:50 The Restaurant Menu Test for Your Offer 02:15 One Offer, Two Tiers Max 03:30 How to Pitch One Offer After a Workshop 05:06 Heavy vs Light Sentences on Your Sales Page 06:43 Vague Headline vs a Result They Can Picture 08:10 Write the Offer in Third-Grade Language 09:11 The Wellness Vault: 7-Day Free Trial 09:58 One Call to Action, Same Words Every Time 11:37 Start Your 7-Day Free Trial, Not Three Buttons 13:28 Recap: One Offer, Light Sentences, One Button 14:37 Clear Over Clever: What Buyers Need to Know 16:15 Links, Review, and See You Next Time ⭐ MEMORABLE QUOTE "So your buyer's already tired." The 4 Seasons of a Wellness Coaching Business (Which One Are You In?)

How to grow a health coaching business through its seasons, or stages: build, nurture, scale and trim. Judge every season by revenue and you'll feel like you're not winning. I see a business as seasons that repeat, and each one has its own goal. In build, the goal is the reps, like ten sales calls, not the revenue. In nurture, you slow down and refine the offer with your clients. In scale, you put fuel behind what already works. In trim, you cut what nobody uses, and then you end up back in build. Wellness coaches, here is how to tell which season your business is in, and what to measure in each one. WHAT YOU'LL DISCOVER - How to tell which season your business, or your newest offer, is in right now, and why every season needs its own numbers - Build: why you feel like you're not winning when revenue doesn't match your effort, why ten sales calls count as progress, and the signal you're ready to move on - Nurture: work with your current clients to refine the offer and how people find you, and why skipping this season to scale early means extra work and dissatisfied clients - Scale: now revenue and conversion rate are the measures. Put more time, ad budget or affiliates behind what converts, and don't bolt on bonuses that can kill the original offer - Trim: cut what clients don't use, then go back to build with something new instead of scrapping an offer that only needed refining TIMESTAMPS 00:00 Success Looks Different in Each Season 01:13 Season 1: Build (Measure Reps, Not Revenue) 04:15 Season 2: Nurture (Refine With Client Feedback) 07:48 The Wellness Vault: 7-Day Free Trial 08:36 Why Skipping Nurture Costs You 09:18 Season 3: Scale (Put Fuel Behind What Works) 12:39 Season 4: Trim (Cut What Clients Don't Use) MEMORABLE QUOTE "And so I want you to think of your business as seasons." - Valerie Feghali THE WELLNESS VAULT - done-for-you content, programs and tools for health and wellness coaches.  Start your 7-day free trial: https://wellnessvault.com/ Watch this episode on YouTube: https://youtu.be/YBlC6uoyNFA CONNECT Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/v.feghali/ YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/@ValerieFeghali Enjoying Fuel The Flow? How to Never Run Out of Content Ideas as a Health Coach

How to never run out of content ideas for your health coaching business: stop starting from scratch. I was terrified I would run out, and I was wrong. When I started my membership and this podcast, I asked myself what I was going to talk about every single week for years. The answer was not to reinvent the wheel every time. Here are six ways any wellness coach can find content that already exists in the business: client calls, a survey every quarter, your inbox, sales call objections, what already worked and a story bank. WHAT YOU'LL DISCOVER - Why I was terrified I would run out of ideas and have to shut my membership down, and why that was completely false - Way 1: mine your client calls for the question more than one person asks ("this week my client asked about this"), then tell it as a personal story, a client story, a scientific fact and a stat - Ways 2 and 3: a survey every quarter that shapes your offers and your content, and a spreadsheet of every email, DM and comment. Then answer in their words, not "low histamine meals" but "reduce the bloating in my stomach" - Way 4: sales call objections. The reasons people give for not buying (call times, cost, what they tried before) are content, most of all while your cart is open - Ways 5 and 6: go deeper on what already worked (top posts, podcasts, subject lines people open), turn one winner into a series, and keep a story bank on your phone so a muddy walk in flip flops becomes a lesson TIMESTAMPS 00:00 The Fear of Running Out of Content Ideas 02:12 Way 1: Mine Your Coaching Calls for Content 04:24 The Wellness Vault: 7-Day Free Trial 05:11 Way 2: Send a Client Survey Every Quarter 06:28 Way 3: Save Every Email, DM and Comment 07:54 Way 4: Turn Sales Call Objections Into Content 09:10 Way 5: Go Deeper on Your Top Performing Posts 10:54 Way 6: Create a Story Bank 14:40 Recap: 6 Ways Health Coaches Find Content Ideas MEMORABLE QUOTE "These are real clients asking real questions." - Valerie Feghali THE WELLNESS VAULT - done-for-you content, programs and tools for health and wellness coaches.  Start your 7-day free trial: https://wellnessvault.com/ Watch this episode on YouTube:  https://youtu.be/eY7FIwKteI8 CONNECT Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/v.feghali/ YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/@ValerieFeghali Enjoying Fuel The Flow?  Leave a rating and review on Apple Podcasts or Spotify - it genuinely helps more coaches find the show. Amateur vs Pro Wellness Coach: What Pros Do Differently? ft. Jody Moore

How to build a successful health coaching business: see what a pro coach does differently from an amateur coach. My guest is Jody Moore, a master certified coach who has run her own coaching practice for 12 years. We walk through five differences any wellness coach can use: B-minus work, your own definition of success, a simple business, marketing that serves, and selling people on themselves. WHAT YOU'LL DISCOVER - Amateur coach vs pro coach is a continuum: how you can be pro in one area (your health) and still an amateur at business - Why pros put out B-minus work: you are not doing this to impress people, not everything deserves your best effort, and "good enough" gets you the feedback that perfect delays - How amateurs measure success (traction, likes, even clients) and how a pro defines it: following through on what you said you would do - Why your brain makes your business complicated to keep you safe, and how insisting on simple takes away the excuse not to move forward - Why coaching is only half the job: marketing as serving people before they pay, one ongoing experiment instead of "it's not working", and selling as helping people believe they can do it TIMESTAMPS 00:00 What Separates an Amateur Coach From a Pro 00:37 Meet Jody Moore 02:27 Amateur Coach vs Pro Coach: The Difference 04:10 Why Pro Coaches Put Out B-Minus Work 09:11 Does Experience Alone Make a Coach a Pro? 10:37 Why Coaches Overcomplicate Their Business 16:30 The Biggest Blocks: Marketing and Sales 23:51 Pro Coach Camp With Jody Moore ⭐MEMORABLE QUOTES "You're just helping them make a decision that they already want to make." - Valerie Feghali "I'm going to sell people on themselves all day long." - Jody Moore, on the Fuel The Flow Podcast 🎯 TURN PRO: 4 LIVE DAYS WITH JODY MOORE Pro Coach Camp runs October 19-22 on Zoom, 2 hours a day.  Learn the tools that fill a coaching practice today,  and get the chance to be coached by Jody live.  Replays included for a limited time. → https://www.procoachcamp.com/valerie ABOUT THE GUEST: JODY MOORE Jody Moore is a master certified coach and host of the Better Than Happy podcast. How to Find the Bottleneck in Your Health Coaching Business

Before you scale your health coaching business, find what breaks first. F or a one-on-one health coach, the bottleneck is usually you. After three days with business owners further ahead than me, I saw that our last event could have brought twice as many people into the Wellness Vault. Then I used a four-step exercise to find my own bottleneck: picture five times the clients today, find where the work piles up, name what you've been avoiding, and do one thing this week. WHAT YOU'LL DISCOVER - Why the weakest link sets the pace for your whole business, and why you never spend ad money on something you can't deliver - F for Flooded: what would break first if five times the clients showed up today (with one-on-one coaching, it's you) - I for Isolate: how to find where the work piles up, from a clinic short on evaluation slots to late nights customizing meal plans, and why one small fix beats a whole new business model - N for Name what you won't do: why the people doing well do what others avoid, and my own example: I don't love making social media content - D for Do one thing: pick one move this week, and what to fix when nothing would break because the clients aren't coming yet TIMESTAMPS 0:00 - What Breaks Before Health Coaches Can Scale 1:49 - The Wellness Vault Constraint Valerie Would Not Scrap 3:04 - Why Follow-Up Is the Bottleneck in a Coaching Launch 5:46 - Repeat and Refine Before You Scale a Workshop 6:52 - The Constraint Exercise for Scaling a Coaching Business 7:34 - The Wellness Vault: 7-Day Free Trial for Health Coaches 8:19 - The Goal: One Machine Can Bottleneck the Whole Plant 9:12 - The Slowest Hiker Sets the Pace of the Whole Business 12:03 - F - Flooded: What Breaks at 5x the Clients 13:03 - I - Isolate Where the Backup Starts in Your Business 14:29 - N - Name the Work You Will Not Do Yourself 16:42 - D - Do One Thing That Removes the Constraint 18:18 - Do the Exercise, Then Share This Episode MEMORABLE QUOTE "Do this exercise after this episode, even if it takes you a day or two to really get through it." - Valerie Feghali THE WELLNESS VAULT - done-for-you content, programs and tools for health and wellness coaches. The 20-Minute Exercise Every Coach Should Do Twice a Year

Celebrate your wins as a health coach?  I tell every coach to, and I'm embarrassed to admit I hardly ever do.  We launched a client app after a year and a half of work, hit our goals, and I was already on to the next thing. The fix is a 20-minute reflection exercise any wellness coach can run with pen and paper, every six months: ten minutes writing down every win and obstacle, ten minutes dreaming. Call it personal growth for your coaching business.  No spreadsheet, no metrics, and it is not goal setting. WHAT YOU'LL DISCOVER - Why it pays to celebrate small wins: your fifth client, the offer you released before it scaled, and how each one is proof of progress - You are not behind: what the highlight reel leaves out, and why measuring your point B against someone else's point D tells you nothing about your coaching business - The 20-minute reflection exercise, step by step: ten minutes on every win and obstacle of the last six months, then ten minutes on the dreaming project, and why this is not goal setting - How a setback turns into a win: the email spam folder we had to claw our way out of, and the imposter syndrome that lifted once six months of work was on paper - Why the work is real work before it turns a profit, how the list releases the guilt of protecting your time, and why the best ideas show up in rest and reflection TIMESTAMPS 0:00 Why Coaches Feel Like an Imposter 0:13 The Win I Almost Forgot to Celebrate 1:18 Why Celebrating Small Wins Rebuilds Your Confidence 2:40 You're Not Behind: The Highlight Reel Trap 4:53 The 20-Minute Reflection Exercise (Every 6 Months) 5:51 First 10 Minutes: Write Every Win & Obstacle 6:57 Second 10 Minutes: The Dreaming Project for Future Goals 9:11 The Spam Folder Setback That Became a Win 10:06 Why Rest & Reflection Is Real Work 15:07 Share This & Leave a Review MEMORABLE QUOTE "I intentionally write it down because our brain processes information differently when we are writing versus when we are typing." - Valerie Feghali THE WELLNESS VAULT - done-for-you content, programs and tools for health and wellness coaches.  Start your 7-day free trial: https://wellnessvault.com/ Watch this episode on YouTube: https://youtu.be/NIfiCsWIQDw CONNECT Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/v.feghali/ YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/@ValerieFeghali Enjoying Fuel The Flow?  Leave a rating and review on Apple Podcasts or Spotify - it genuinely helps more coaches find the show. How Wellness Coaches Get More Done in Fewer Hours

Productivity for health coaches is not about doing more. For years I gave my best morning hours to email and called it productive, while the needle movers waited. Wellness coaches who get more done in fewer hours run three things a day, time blocked in their best hours, batch their content, and schedule the rest around what cannot move. ✨ WHAT YOU'LL DISCOVER - Busy vs productive: why clearing your inbox feels productive and moves nothing, and what productive really means (a date night counts; the inbox does not) - Needle movers: how to pick the tasks that grow the membership, the sales page, and the workshop, and why the shampoo order gets done anyway without your best hours - The 3-task rule and your best hours: keep the daily to-do list to three things at most, and put your hardest creative work in the hours you have the most energy - Time blocking with a timer: the 8:30 to 10:30 block, and why three podcasts still got recorded on an under-the-weather morning instead of slipping a week - Batching and the four quadrants: record three podcasts or write a month of newsletters in one sitting, then sort the week into needle movers, nice-to-haves, fixed must-dos, and filler ⏱️ CHAPTERS 00:00 - Busy vs Productive: The Productivity Hack Wellness Coaches Miss 01:17 - Why Being Busy Is Not Being Productive for Health Coaches 01:56 - What Real Productivity Means for Wellness Coaches 02:45 - Needle Movers Explained: Grow The Wellness Vault Faster 03:46 - Peak Energy Hours: When Health Coaches Do Deep Work 04:25 - The 3-Task Rule: Only 3 Needle Movers Per Day 05:40 - Why I Time Block Morning Hours for Sales Pages and Workshops 07:05 - Time Blocking for Productivity: Schedule Your Hardest Tasks First 08:32 - Batching Tasks: How to Record 3 Podcasts at Once 09:24 - Batching Content for Health Coaches: Newsletters and Reels 10:21 - The 4-Quadrant Productivity System for Wellness Coaches 10:54 - Quadrant 2 vs Quadrant 3: Nice-to-Haves vs Must-Dos 11:43 - Quadrant 4: Low-Value Tasks That Can Wait 12:22 - How to Prioritize Needle Movers Around Real Life 13:09 - Final Take: Productivity System to Reclaim Time ⭐ MEMORABLE QUOTE "Being busy and being productive are two completely separate things." My Launch Broke Live: How I Used the LOOK Method

A launch debrief for health coaches, built from my own: the app's core feature broke for eight hours during the final-day demo, and many of the wellness coaches in it still became members. The LOOK method is four questions you answer yourself after any launch, workshop, or challenge: look back, own what was in your control, outline what worked, keep one change. ✨ WHAT YOU'LL DISCOVER - Look back: separate the outcome from the experience, and why a conversion rate below target does not make the bootcamp a bad one - Own it: what was in your control, what was not, and who is responsible for which number when you have an ads manager and a live show-up rate - Outline: interrogate the win as hard as the loss, from the right audience to the promised result to the gap your program fills - Keep: change one or two things, never rework the whole formula, or you will not know what worked next time - Why membership revenue meant one broken pitch could not touch the business, and the rule that came out of it: no new features mid-launch ⏱️ CHAPTERS 00:00 - My 5-Day Bootcamp Launch Broke During the Live Pitch 01:07 - What Went Wrong on the Last Day (Wellness Vault Demo) 02:48 - The Big Mistake: Pushing a New Feature Mid-Launch 03:57 - Food Log Glitch Live: When Your Core Feature Breaks for 8 Hours 05:01 - Why Membership Revenue Saved My Product Launch Strategy 06:22 - The LOOK Method: My 4-Step Launch Debrief Framework for Health Coaches | L = Look Back: Separate Launch Outcome From Experience 08:31 - O = Own What's In Your Control vs Out of Your Control 10:54 - O = Outline What Worked and What Didn't (And Why) 11:52 - K = Keep: What to Keep and What to Change Next Time 12:21 - My Next Fix: Cutting a 5-Day Challenge to 3 Days 13:21 - How Health Coaches Can Use the LOOK Method After Any Launch ⭐ MEMORABLE QUOTE "We change 1 or 2 things at a time, so that we have a clear understanding of whether or not that change was more or less successful."
