2026 Goals - Progress, Reflection and Future Plans

Episode 6. As we’re almost halfway through the year, Allison wanted to check in on her goals and encourages listeners to do the same. She shares her progress, where she succeeded and where she fell short. Then she shares her goals for the remainder of the year, why she chose those goals and how she hopes to achieve them. Upcoming in her personal life - Allison found a last minute cruise deal, so she’s looking forward to the trip with her partner, her mom, and baby boy. This week she’s packing, running errands, trip planning, and found a dog sitter for Peaches. This episode is a reminder that life moves quickly and if you don’t set aside time to reflect on your goals, it will be easy for more time to pass without progress.
