Informative and Inspiring

Each podcast is an amazing combination of practical steps toward moving more of you, lovely humor, and serious investigation into human biomechanics. The podcast is clear, high-quality, and inclusive of the listener. When Katy has guest speakers, I don't feel like I'm just listening in to a conversation between friends, but rather I'm invited into the conversation. I really appreciate the effort to bring in speakers from diverse backgrounds, recognizing that human movement is SO complex and experienced by different people in different ways.
