The Pursuit of Happiness (vs. Pleasure)

Open up,Lean in and Heal yourself

I have just recently started listening to this podcast, but it has ,in the last 2 weeks become the ONLY podcast I listen too. I have been searching for a way to change myself and my life and THIS PODCAST IS IT!! Sophie and Adi are so open and so honest and so transparent about their life and struggles, and with all their amazing guests you can’t help but feel IGNTD. So thank you Adi and Sophie for taking my hand and pulling me in and showing me how to Lean in and heal myself! I love you guys!!!!

If you're a feminist or confident woman, this ain't it

Did I miss something? This guy cheated on his wife and they are bragging about it? What kind of low self worth female disempowerment is this? Dear ladies, if a man (especially your husband) cheats on you, you are never supposed to talk to him again outside of signing divorce papers and dividing assets. This 1950's mentality of 'staying together for the kids no matter what a man does' is radically opposed to their "vibe?" of sophisticated and new-age.

I am a GODDESS

I am so blown away by Sophie and Adi and all of their amazing guests. At first I couldn’t get through the episodes but I think it was because I wasn’t ready to do the hard work on myself, my relationships, my addictions etc. I am feeling a shift and know it is my time to be the goddess that I am for myself, my husband, my family, my friends. I thank you guys for all your hard work and giving us so many resources to learn and grow 💖
