Love Jeff’s quirkiness and Rachael’s ability to ask insightful questions and summarize everything so succinctly. Alan paints a picture with words when he talks on topics he is passionate about, and Lindsey’s common sense nutrition advice always leaves me feeling like having a healthy relationship with food IS possible.
