Great resource!

I know that intuitive eating is not necessarily designed for men but I am really looking forward to giving it a go. I have struggled with yo-yo dieting and weight cycling for the last 18 years and I’m at a point now where the diet culture is so saturated with the new and improved ways to get to your ex wait but I feel lost. Finding this podcast has been a godsend. It is set up in short bursts of great information with great interviews and get it down to the nitty-gritty without all the atlas. I’m a follower, and I’m hoping to become a believer.
