Very helpful and supportive podcast!

While I listen to many pods in the anti-diet space, and get something from them all, I truly appreciate Intuitive Bites. Kirsten not only has amazing guests but her episodes always have super-helpful, actionable info I can use in my daily life. I have been listening for over 3 years and get something useful each week. I begin working with Kirsten in her Food and Body Peace program soon, and can’t wait to learn even more!

Invaluable podcast

This podcast is an essential part of my Intuitive Eating journey after decades or time in. The diet-binge cycle. Each episode resonates deeply and Kirsten always provides concrete steps to learn new skills for healing my relationship with my body and food.

Phenomenal Podcast

Not only do I get to work with Kirsten in her one-on-one coaching (which I would highly recommend) but now I can share her wisdom in these podcasts with friends who want to know about intuitive eating. These podcasts share a lot of wisdom for people new to intuitive eating, but now that I have this and her coaching where we can discuss particular issues I have - I feel invincible!
