This podcast is an essential part of my Intuitive Eating journey after decades or time in. The diet-binge cycle. Each episode resonates deeply and Kirsten always provides concrete steps to learn new skills for healing my relationship with my body and food.
Phenomenal Podcast
Not only do I get to work with Kirsten in her one-on-one coaching (which I would highly recommend) but now I can share her wisdom in these podcasts with friends who want to know about intuitive eating. These podcasts share a lot of wisdom for people new to intuitive eating, but now that I have this and her coaching where we can discuss particular issues I have - I feel invincible!
