I loved this conversation with Dr. Mark Epstein (who I respect and love on a personal and professional level!), psychotherapist and best-selling author. Mark is known for his approach to integrating buddhism with therapy, and we talk about everything from our thoughts (what are they really?!?), the value of meditation, fostering healthy self reflection and his own discoveries around self identity.
