The Path To Mindfulness | Finding The Strength To Keep Going with Author Dr.LoriMonaco
Many of us have dealt with our fair share of hardships. I know from experience what it’s like to not want to go on any longer. This is why I am so honored to introduce this weeks episode guest, author and narcissistic abuse coach Dr.Lori Monaco.
Having Dealt with her share of narcissistic personalities, and finding herself at an all time low, Lori was able to not only overcome her trauma but help others overcome theirs as well. Lori is the author and collaborator of The Badass series. Her Badass Story 3, contains a collection of stories from different female authors sharing their experiences of overcoming trauma. I am excited to have a chapter in the third book along with 7 other bad ass women. The book is out now and available via Amazon and my website starting next week.

Nikki DeLoach speaks about her time spent in the entertainment industry and the unforeseen struggles growing up. Though she experienced many challenges, nothing could have prepared Nikki for the day she received the news of her father’s diagnosis.
