Love so far!

I really love these interviews and feel like I have learned so much! Something I noticed is Rachel talks very slowly and clearly in the first few episodes. Now I am getting to the recent/current episodes she is speaking so fast it is hard to understand and makes me sort of anxious. Slow down Rachel!!! Love the podcast!

She is always interviewing the best people and provides such great insight into all different types of wellness topics. My favorite episodes so far have included ones with Alisa Vitti & Kelly Leveque.
