I love this podcast, it is so informative and reminds me that it is okay to seek help with mental health. I can relate to a lot of the topics covered and it shows me that I am not alone! There are other people in situations like mine. I have especially enjoyed an episode that talked about enmeshment and one that talked about dreams. One more thing, through the podcast I have been exposed to therapists that I now follow on Instagram and I get to follow their amazing content. All in all thank you and keep up the great work!
Thank You 🤎

I would like to highlight how important and NEEDED this podcast is- the information provided, the conversations, the guests who feel like family 100% the best podcast! I think the individuals throwing shade for the title using the term “Latinx” clearly are missing the point, which isn’t about the word itself but the content, the reason, the support, the community. Everyone is entitled to their own opinion AND this podcast to me is more than just some podcast using “colonizer language.” Let’s not trash our people, and instead uplift one another because that is exactly what colonizers want, to continue to create divide. Asi Que, viva Latinx therapy! 🤘🏽✊🏽🫶🏽
amazing resource!
