A realistic approach

I’ve been listening for about 6 months now and love the approach taken - it very much so accounts for the human factor when it comes to fitness and weightloss

So much good information that is easy to apply!

Love this podcast so much!!! They are both insanely knowledgeable, professional but also realistic which makes it easier for me to digest than some podcasts that can be tooo robotic. I am able to apply so much of what I’ve learned from them to my daily life and seeing awesome results. Kristina is also my personal trainer and couldn’t recommend more. Would give this 6 stars if I could!

Dynamic Duo

A power combo! I love the back and fourth between Zach and Kristina. It’s a great balance from two different perspectives. Great listen for anyone trying to focus on self development.
