Living lean-great content!

I have been listening to Living lean potcast for a couple of weeks now and I love them! Jeremiah has helped me a lot especially with reverse diet! Make sure you follow his Instagram too. It is really informative. He answers your questions and is willing to help you in your journey!

I have known Jeremiah for probably over 20 yrs now. Needless to say, I can confidently guarantee if you listen to what Jeremiah has to say, and follow his advice, you will meet and most likely exceed your goals!

Jeremiah knows how to work with injuries and has helped me recover from a hip injury. He also helped me turn a 10:30ish mile and a half run into an 8:54 mile and a half run, which is huge for someone who has never enjoyed running.

No matter what your current life situation is Jeremiah will be able to help, all you have to do is reach out.
