My favorite podcast
I have been an avid follower and listener for the past few years. But have found that recently I literally find myself waiting for this podcast to drop every week. To the point I check multiple times on Friday to see if it’s out yet. The information is so pertinent to the majority of people, myself especially. The dialog is always well thought out. And Marcus is such a wealth of knowledge, even if some of it is based on his own experience across a range of athletic endeavors. This is my go to for my Friday afternoon row/ or bike ride. The only problem is the 7 days I have to wait for the next one. This is truly a great podcast. I recommend it to anyone interested in fitness focusing on wellness, or really any approach I guess. No matter what level you are at, you will more than likely gain something from this podcast, even if it’s maybe just another perspective.
I just have to say I love you guys. Miz has been training me for about a year and every time I hear you guys talk either in person or on here I get pumped. Your passion and excitement comes through your voices and energy. I love that you’re even out of breath sometimes because you just are so happy to share you can’t talk fast enough.
