Excellent show with practical tips.

I listened to every episode and enjoyed Ari’s positive voice and helpful suggestions for ADHD. I even go back and search for different topics I would like a refresher on, it’s my first choice of reference even before Additude mag. I’ve bought his book too which is also great. I wish he would make more episodes.

One of the best

Newly dx’d with ADHD, I wanted to learn as much as I could as to why my brain works like it does. The first time I heard Dr Tuckman speak on ADHD, it was obvious that he just “gets it”. He doesn’t only provide practical strategies and tools to make our lives easier; he presents information from the perspective of how/why someone with ADHD thinks, feels, functions, as well as how others might interpret what we do as lazy, careless, etc. Dr Tuckman understands how our ADHD brain wiring can make our lives more difficult, yet he challenges us to “take action” by using our strengths, always doing our best, and ultimately propelling ourselves forward toward “living a big life”.
