Useful, interesting, good listening

Dr Osborn’s MyCBT podcasts have helped me gain valuable insights I’ve put to use right away, with good results that last. Listening to this podcast is one of the most life-improving activities I do, and a great use of 30 minutes. I’ve learned a lot about how emotions and thoughts work in the mind, and what to do about specific problems, scientifically. Thanks to Dr Osborn for sharing her knowledge and wisdom with everyone.
