Just what I needed!

I’m getting ready to run a half marathon this month and I couldn’t have done it without this podcast. Thanks for providing the support I needed as a new runner to build my physical and mental fitness.

Where have you been all my life?!

Jill, you are a breath of fresh air. I’m one of those fluffy, voluptuous, overweight, thick, etc women who has always watched people running and fantasized about how awesome it would be to be able to throw on some running shoes and go for a run because I WANT TO and actually ENJOY IT. I’ve heard friends tell me how they feel so blah because they missed their run this morning. What?! Really?! I’m so envious of them.
I’d be happy to walk a 5k but to actually RUN?! Just started your listening to your podcast but I think you’re gonna be my genie in the bottle. Feels like you’re talking directly to me. I can’t wait!! I’m ready!!

I am a runner!!

I found this podcast through Phit-N-Phat. I am only a few podcasts in, but because of Jill, I can say I am a runner! I signed up for the 5k training, and plan to sign up for the half marathon training once I am done with the 5k!!
