I REALLY enjoyed this episode and can’t wait for the next! I understand so much more about the role of nutrition because of the two of you.. I have never met Kat and while Christina got me started on my journey I never knew that much about hers. I love the discussion about the seasons of life and, even at soon to be 64, continue to achieve PRs because of the knowledge you have shared 💪🫶
