Free Up Your Attention

This episode was particularly enlightening for me. I often become paralyzed by overwhelm when considering all the moving parts of my life. Thoughtful Snippets of Wisdom

Not sure how I stumbled upon this podcast, but I’ve been listening for a few months now & holy WOW I’ve gotten so much out of it! It’s been such an introspective journey diving into the library of episodes…

Corey is insightful & real in the most calming way. His ability to present (or even reframe) ideas is amazingly helpful & the short format (5-15 mins) makes the even the heaviest of topics feel light & easy to absorb.
