A Podcast Gem

Dr. Rutherford’s podcasts are gems of wisdom and comfort. There is so much to like about this podcast from her calm soothing voice, to very insightful information. I love that she is authentic and at the end of each show she reads a listeners email and answers it.

Practical, authentic, and implementable life improvement strategies.

Dr. Rutherford is such a needed voice in this overwhelming / fast paced life and pop culture society we live in. As an evidence based academic, it’s a daily struggle to find self-support form the challenging social justice work I do. What a comfort to have someone who’s grounded, calming, and practical. Some nights she’s the medicine that helps me get over my racing mind or sad heart so I can get back to sleep. Even her communication style, tone of voice, and pace of speaking helps me feel at ease. You just know from Dr. Rutherford that it is ok if things aren’t perfect as long as you’re making practical progress in your own healing journey things are going to be ok. She’s the gal to help give evidence bass and practical tips along the way! I’m so
very thankful for this podcast and hope to engage even more through her website and the self-work Facebook group. 💝
