Amazing!
I recently listened to SBGC’s Creativity, Recovery & BPD, and I found it to be incredibly helpful, & enlightening! I don’t often hear people talk about their experience with BPD to the general public, & when I have, the experiences have been from the perspective of a white female/ or therapist.
I really appreciated hearing B’s experience as a black woman and artist. I work with college students who are artists and designers, and it’s so important for our BIPOC students to see and hear themselves in stories like B’s. Thank you for this!!!
this the one!!
from dealing with college experience, being a woman of color, mental health & grief… y’all hit the nail on the head about these topics. glad i found this podcast, exactly what I’ve been looking for! 🤎 looking forward to more episodes!
I cannot believe I have found yal!
I was praying to God this morning I would find a group that understands me and will help me through this and then boom! I can’t wait to listen more and start my sober journey for good.
