Spontaneous Sobriety and trauma

I found Sober Vibes in my recovery from a toxic marriage to a narcissist spouse that triggered reactions from me that landed me in jail and separated from my young son. I went to jail and upon release I no longer had a desire for alcohol. I am not struggling with cravings. I attend lots of online sobriety meetings and this new book helps. I now have a desire to live my life without alcohol and break the chains of alcohol abuse in the family. Now that I am no longer in a toxic marriage I am also free from using wine to numb out. Thank you. My next journey is to get through the court system and get my young son back.
