Before joining Warner/Chappell, Vaughn had become the youngest executive to head a major publisher in Nashville, as EVP & GM at EMI. Prior to his work at the majors, Vaughn ran an independent music publishing company starting at the age of 20.

Nick invites his client, Josh Beech to sit down and discuss he and his family's unusual move from California to Tennessee.  Josh and his wife Shenae purchased their Nashville home sight unseen and moved across country without ever having set foot in their new home until they got here.  Days after moving in, Nick takes Josh around to show him what the south is all about.  Englishman Josh, transforms into "The Redneck Redcoat."
