The Baggage Reclaim Sessions

All humans have emotional baggage, and yet, so many of us are unaware of what we're carrying until we hit a low point, experience a health crisis, or recognise that we're in a painful pattern with our relationships or how we feel about and treat ourselves. Natalie Lue expands her popular blog Baggage Reclaim into podcast form with a weekly show about how to live and love with more self-esteem by unpacking, decluttering and tidying up our excess emotional baggage. Truly inspiring and healing

I first discovered this podcast in my early 30s. As someone who was consistently choosing unavailable men and non-reciprocal friendships, Natalie’s words and wisdom were life changing for me. A lot of my behavior and choices started to make a lot of sense given my past, upbringing, and trauma. I’ve always felt so seen when listening to Natalie share her own history and I slowly learned to forgive my younger self and move forward. It continues to be a work in progress, but it has always felt more manageable having this podcast to return to/listen to when I need it. As I now approach 40 years old, I continue to relearn things I should have been taught and shown as a child. I am delighted to have Natalie back as I approach my next chapter in life. Thank you so much for your openness, wisdom, and a safe place for so many to be seen and have their feelings and experiences honored

After a 20 months hiatus, I was so pleased to see that Natalie Lue has started up her podcast again. Natalie Lue’s unpretentious self-awareness, and wonderful ability to share her experiences and insights made her podcast the one I really look forward to listen to each week. She has a world class personality that leaves you wanting more, and I wonder if she knows that. If you are a person that suffers from unhealthy relationship patterns (especially people pleasing) I encourage you to give this podcast a listen. I’ve gained so many insights on myself by listening to her.

Really Appreciate Natalie & this Podcast

I just entered my 30s and have felt like I’ve lived my entire life not truly knowing who I am. Natalie’s podcast has helped me in asking all the tough questions to myself that make me think about who I am. I am newly single and after many “failed” relationships it’s helpful to take a step back and really look at them from a mature perspective in recognizing my part in allowing those relationships to develop longer than they should have. Very appreciative for the self-reflection and improvement this podcast has sparked.
The most insightful podcast ever
