    How is your sex life? How is your body image? If you answered “not great” to either of those questions, then this is the perfect episode for you!
    This show was inspired by a direct message Chalene received on Instagram from a listener who candidly explained her issues with body image and sex drive. This broke Chalene’s heart because she continues to get similar messages often. 
    And so, today, Chalene explains the connection between negative body image and low sex drive. She shares her own feelings on this, what sets off her own negative body image thoughts and what are some things we can do to improve our negative self-talk to improve our body image and start enjoying more sex!
    She’ll also issue a Body Image Challenge and hopes everyone will join in!

Friday episodes have gone downhill

The Friday episodes have gotten bad with pointless drivel. The latest episode is called our first week in Cannes. Why did we have to hear about her TV being being slanted?! Who cares! Then she talked about her bathroom at home and YouTube, not a single description of what she saw and did in France. What a deceptive title! But then again her IG stories from France are equally boring, just of her working out in a gym, her feet, full coverage of a spa door and her awful cheap nails.
