In this unapologetic episode, I dive into what really makes people want to connect with—and buy from—you. When it comes to building a brand, it’s not about pushing products or services; it’s about letting people see the real you. I unpack why sharing your authentic self—the raw, vulnerable, and unpolished parts—is the key to building lasting relationships with your clients and community. People don’t buy programs, services, or events—they buy you. I explore how to foster this connection and let go of the ‘sales-first’ mentality. Whether you're sharing the highs and lows, quirks, passions, or beliefs that make you who you are, embracing full transparency makes you magnetic. And when you build this kind of realness, you’re not just gaining clients—you’re creating lifetime fans who resonate with you and want to be part of your world. Letting them see the real you builds connection and trust.Vulnerability as a Strength: Opening up about the unfiltered parts of your journey—your challenges, beliefs, even your quirks—draws people in.Create Real Relationships: Move beyond sales pitches. Be genuinely interested in others, and when it’s your turn, share your story authentically.Show Up Fully: Be yourself on all platforms. ▶️ Play me when: You're Sad

In this episode, I dive deep into the often-neglected emotion of sadness and why it's crucial to give ourselves permission to feel it fully. Sometimes, we think we have to be happy, that we have to push through and keep a smile on, but the truth is—you’re allowed to feel sad. You’re allowed to grieve. You’re allowed to release the emotions that weigh on you, without judgment, and without needing a reason. I remind you that sadness is not something to run from. In fact, embracing sadness can be healing. I explore how grief, sadness, and allowing yourself time to cry can release the emotional burdens that, when bottled up, turn into a heavy armor around your heart. This armor may protect you from being hurt again, but it also blocks love, connection, and joy from coming in. I share my own process of making space for sadness—whether it's crying in the car, screaming into a pillow, or sitting in stillness with my feelings. The act of releasing these emotions brings clarity, lightness, and a renewed sense of freedom. Sadness is here to serve you, not to define you. It’s just a moment. And after this moment of sadness, you’ll laugh again, feel joy again, and continue to move through life lighter and clearer. Key Takeaways: It’s okay to be sad—don’t feel guilty for taking the time to grieve or feel your emotions.Sadness creates emotional clarity and releases the burdens we carry inside.Crying or releasing emotions helps prevent emotional constipation—bottling up feelings only leads to emotional outbursts at inappropriate times.Sadness doesn’t make you a sad or depressed person—it’s simply one of many emotions we feel.Giving yourself space to process sadness leads to lightness, clarity, and emotional healing.Embrace sadness without judgment, and understand that it’s part of the journey toward happiness, joy, and freedom. How I dodged the P. Diddy bullet

Today’s episode is a little different, and I’m diving deep into a personal story that taught me some serious life lessons about intuition, self-worth, and protecting your energy. I’m taking you back to a time when I almost got wrapped up in Puff Daddy’s world. Yep, you heard that right—P. Diddy. But this isn’t just a story about a near-miss with fame. It’s a much bigger conversation about the way women are treated in the entertainment industry, the pressures we face to fit in, and the importance of listening to that inner voice that always knows what’s best for us. In this episode, I share the moment I chose to walk away from what could have been a dangerous situation and how trusting my gut literally saved me from making a huge mistake. I want to highlight the societal pressures that push women to compromise their dignity and safety for opportunities that seem too good to pass up. We’ve all been there—feeling like we need to go along with things just to get ahead or be accepted. But this episode is a reminder that your self-worth is non-negotiable. You don’t owe anyone anything, and no amount of fame or validation is worth sacrificing your safety or your values. Throughout this episode, I get real about my experiences and why it’s so important for women to trust their intuition and stand firm in who they are. I’m here to remind you that you deserve to navigate your life with confidence, knowing your worth and setting boundaries that protect your energy. Key Takeaways: Trusting your intuition can protect you from dangerous situations and unwanted advances.Self-worth and confidence are essential for navigating challenges and making empowered choices. It’s important to listen to your gut when faced with discomfort, especially in high-pressure environments.Women often face societal pressures that undermine their self-respect and boundaries.Building resilience from past experiences can strengthen your intuition and decision-making.Having clear personal boundaries is crucial, especially in the modeling and entertainment industries. 6. Elevate Your Life: The Power of High Standards and Self-Respect

    SEP 30

Elevate Your Life: The Power of High Standards and Self-Respect

In this episode, I’m diving into something I’m super passionate about—maintaining high personal standards and the values that drive them. It’s not just about how others treat us; it’s about how we treat ourselves. I’ll be sharing how having my own fucking high standards has guided me in everything I do, from my relationships to my career. Back in 2012, I went through a business program that drilled this lesson into me, and let me tell you, it completely changed how I approach my life. But real talk: while I’ve nailed having high standards in my career, I’ve struggled with holding myself to those same standards in my personal health and wellness. It’s been an ongoing journey, and I’m still figuring it out. In this episode I’ll be talking about the discipline, systems, and self-respect it takes to level up in this area. Ultimately, it’s about building self-trust and confidence by keeping promises to yourself, because when you do that, your self-worth and self-respect go through the roof. Takeaways: High standards are about personal values and virtues, not just external expectations from others. Disciplined actions build self-trust, which reinforces self-confidence and ultimately self-worth. Identify areas in life where discipline is lacking and focus on improving them systematically. Your self-worth is influenced by how well you keep your word to yourself. Boundaries are crucial for maintaining high standards and ensuring personal discipline. Achieving high standards requires clarity about personal values and consistent self-reflection. If you’re serious about raising your standards and taking action toward your goals, tune into this episode and get inspired to make the changes you know you need. 🔥 Don’t forget to subscribe, leave a review, and share this episode with a friend who needs that extra push.
